Looking for Renter...

Our current friend who is renting our apartment (in our basement) has decided to move out. Know of anyone looking for an apartment? Please send them our way. Available approx. July 1st, about 800 sq feet, has its own entrance, washer/dryer, full kitchen, one bedroom with huge walk-in closet. No pets but single parent with child would be great! Rent approx $600 month. Opportunity for it to be approx 950 sq feet with 2 bedrooms if needed. Will post pictures as soon as it is ready.
