We traveled down to the stream behind our house last weekend (it was warm on Saturday!) to hunt out some ducks. Troy's idea, no surprise there. The kids did okay traveling in the deep snow. I did even better than I expected as I am getting rather round and I don't have good snow boots. We did find the ducks and the kids tracked other animals. It was really fun.
