Refinance our home
Mortgage rates are down to 3.25% for a 15 year fixed mortgage. I did some calculations and it isn't worth it for us to refinance but it might be for you! We worked with a few people, but the best closing costs with the best rates was with Brian Beard with Pinnacle Bank. His email is bbeard@pinnbank.com. He can work all across Nebraska.

yeah, we've been debating this too. Once we move back into our place, it will no longer be a rental property and it will be possible to refinance. (Personal property rates are much different than rental property rates). So, we'll need to run some numbers and find out!
